Terms of Service

These terms apply to WIRE Desk at https://wiredesk.app:. By using WIRE, users agree to follow these terms and the policies of the organization that granted access.

WIRE records, organizes, and analyzes service activities across authorized projects, including tickets, maintenance, service visits, supervision, attachments, notifications, external requests, and traceable reports.

Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and work only within organizations and projects they are authorized to access. Global platform authority does not replace organization membership.

Users are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of activity data and attachments they submit. Records may be retained for audit and operational traceability even after they are hidden from normal views.

Transcriptions, classifications, summaries, and indicators are assistance and may be incorrect. Authorized people must review them. AI does not assign responsibility, approve work, or autonomously change operational state.

Users must not upload malicious or unlawful material, bypass access controls, impersonate others, disrupt the service, or use project information outside its authorized purpose. Access may be suspended to protect users, organizations, or the platform.

Use of WIRE is subject to the Privacy Policy. The service may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or events outside reasonable control.
