Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to WIRE Desk at https://wiredesk.app:. WIRE records and coordinates service activities for participating organizations and their projects.

WIRE may process account identity and contact details, organization and project memberships, activity details and status, comments, files, photographs, audio, transcriptions, external-message identifiers, notification preferences, and security and audit records. The exact attachments submitted is controlled by the organization and its authorized users.

Information is used to authenticate users, enforce organization and project access, coordinate service work, preserve attachments and audit history, deliver requested notifications, secure uploaded files, produce traceable reports, and provide human-reviewed transcription, classification, and summarization assistance.

Configured infrastructure, storage, email, security, error-tracking, messaging, and AI providers may process only the information required to deliver those functions. AI output is assistance: it remains reviewable and cannot autonomously assign responsibility, change activity state, or approve work.

Records are retained according to the participating organization's operational and legal requirements. WIRE uses access controls, private attachment storage, quarantine and malware scanning, and traceable actor and timestamp records. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Users can manage notification preferences in WIRE. Requests to access, correct, export, or delete personal information should be directed to the user's organization administrator or to support@wiredesk.app, subject to audit, legal, and contractual retention requirements.

WIRE is an organizational work system and is not directed to children. Material policy changes will be communicated through the application or an available contact channel.
